you should at least work out your heart only for 1 hour a day it is important to work out your heart because it can help you lose weight, improve your cholesterol, and even lower your blood pressure. it is good for your heart and your heart is the most important part of your body.
the activities we do to work out are heart is that we run, we exercise, and we play basketball. the way we can help our hearts is to go to the gym, go to the park, and walk more. we can live a healthier life by drinking more water, walk or run more. i am going to swim and play more basketball in the summer.
